Mobile Technical Services specializes in the technology requirements of small and mid-sized businesses.  Since 1993, we have been careful to employ only those who mirror our commitment to service excellence.  As a small business, we understand the importance of taking advantage of technology without going overboard.  Most of all, we understand that the goal of technology is to serve the needs of the business…not the other way around.  There’s no value in implementing technology just because it’s trendy or impressive.

Extreme Customer CareA comprehensive support plan that combines preventative maintenance and 12x7 monitoring of critical network components and functions including onsite repair of PC, server and network issues for a fixed monthly rate.

Priority Care A retainer based support plan permitting clients to estimate their needs over a specific period of time and pre-pay for them at a significant discount.
 
- Preventative Support A support plan tailored to each client’s  network which may include periodic implementation of Microsoft service packs and security updates, mock file restores to verify backup procedures and equipment, printer maintenance, and battery backup testing.
